Meet Polly Holmes
Australian author, Polly Holmes writes paranormal and culinary cozy mysteries and paranormal romantic suspense. Her books are rich in storyline with action-packed scenes, a touch of comedy and fun-loving characters that stay with you long after you turn the last page.
According to Polly, the best part about writing cozies is researching. Finding the best way to hook the reader, a unique way to murder someone, a plethora of suspects and of course, a touch of magic with a dose of sweetness thrown in for good measure. All of Polly Holmes' books can be found in Kindle Unlimited (KU).
Polly is an award-winning author, and her book awards tally so far is two firsts and eight finalist places from all around the world.
When the mystery calls for a different kind of action, she writes contemporary romance under the name P.L. Harris where the suspense is nail biting, and the romance is hot and steamy.
Cupcakes and Corpses was a finalist in the Oklahoma Romance Writers of America’s 2019 IDA International Digital Awards, short suspense category. Cupcakes and Curses claimed second place and Cupcakes and Cyanide gained third place making it a clean sweep in the category.

When she’s not writing you can find her sipping coffee in her favourite cafe, watching reruns of Murder, She Wrote or Psych, or taking long walks along the beach soaking up the fresh salty air.
